Where can I get a PADI scuba open water certification in Taiwan

Where can I get a PADI scuba open water certification in Taiwan?
Me and my girlfriend wants to do our open water course while we are here in Taiwan. We work here now, so we can do it during weekends, but I dont know of any place near Taipei, where we can do a course. It must be in English. And how much should this set us back? Thanks. It must close to Taipei. Cos I can't go to far way just for a weekend or couple of weekends.

My cousin tried finding one, and he found one in chinese, down south near kenting; the very bottom of Taiwan. If I were you take a translator with you and take the course
