how can i get a taiwan police clearance certificate since i am here in the philippines?
I am a filipina who worked in taiwan from dec2000-nov2002, now i am applying in other country on which one of their requirements is a police clearance from taiwan since i stayed there for more than 5mos.

Taiwan Embassy in your country can help you get the PCC. Check with them the exact procedure to be followed and documents to be given at your end.
