So I live in the Philippines and I want a Blackberry Bold. My mom said I should get one in Taiwan because it has Chinese characters aside from the QWERTY keys and it can help me with my Chinese. I was wondering if I brought it to the Philippines, would everything still work the same? Could I still download Yahoo Messenger and use the Wi-fi features and all that?

it should still work because i have had many phones from out of state, like california, mexico, and texas
