where is the taiwan embassy here in the philippines?
im here in the philippines,i'm applying for a residency in new zealand,one of there requirements is police clearance from the country i have stayed for more than 3months,i've worked in taiwan for 3 years from october 2004-2007.how can i get a police clearance in taiwan if i am here in the philippines?and where is the taiwan embassy here in the philippines?

As long as you are LEGALLY in Taiwan, (And can prove it - with the work permit) then Yes you can apply to Canada from Taiwan.

Not really. Taiwan, like Korea and Japan, has a list of countries from which native English speakers with the right qualifications are permitted to teach English and receive a work permit. Malaysia, the Philippines and India (where English is an official language but not the national language) are not on the list.
