im working now at taiwan, how to apply a working visa to dubai?
i have a friend in dubai which is indian national and he will find me a new job maybe at their company, but i need to go first to dubai, and then he will help me, i dont know what procedure do i need to do first, what papers do i need to prepare, and how to apply a visa?

TV Tuners won't work on my laptop!
TV Tuners won't work on my laptop!?
I tried installing USB and Cardbus TV tuners on my laptop, but after trying to install the hardware, their programs will not appear or register. However, the brand of USB tuners that I got (Uli m2905; marketed by Items Tech. of Taiwan/Honestech) worked on other computers/another laptop. My laptop is on XP SP2, Celeron 1..5 Ghz, 256 RAM and has 2 USB 2.0 ports. If I can't have the device work, I'll be forced to sell it and try to get another brand (I'm thinking of Leadtek). Thanks in advance for your help.
