I work before in taiwan and Dubai, The problem is US embassy needs of police certificate for my fiancee visa, How to get that coz I live here in philippines for two years... Pls help me if you know this kind of problem... thanks......

May be they want a clearance from the Police, which is quite normal. You may ask your fiancee if he is living in Taiwan or Dubai to personally approach the police authorities there to give the necessary certificate. If he is no longer there, you may have to approach them through their embassies, in the country where he lives, presently.

It seems that the best place to get it would be from the Foreigners police. It's on Chunghwa Rd. (or back entrance on Yenping st) and not too far from the #2 Filipino community near the railroad station.
