do cell phones that i buy from taiwan work in USA even if its not sold in USA???????????????????
i bought a cell phone from taiwan that ive never seen sold in the states before.... its a sony ericsson one....anyways will i be able to use it in the states?????????????

They do, but they only speak Chinese

I think as long as u put the memory card from the U.S in that phone. Hope I works good luck.

with most cell phone companies, you have to change your plan when your in another country to use your phone, then you change it back when you get home. The US does sell ericssons, I used to have 1. If your planning to stay in this country just visit your provider and they will help you with this.

is this phone like bought from a company or a service provider like Vodafone or Cingular then there are less chances that it may work.. BUT if it is bought from a showroom or shop of Sony Ericsson or any mobile selling shop then it 'll definitely work if u just buy a Sim card of U.S there may be chances that the charger may not work due to different volt settings in the countries
